Limited Kordon Product Warranty Envu Protection Program Warranty
Repair or replacement coverage The Limited Kordon Product Warranty covers the home for termite entry and damage, which occurs only if the Kordon Termite System has been proven to fail, as evidenced by termites having entered the building by penetrating the Kordon Termite System.

If Kordon deters concealed termite access as it is designed to do, but termites enter and cause damage by working around the termite system (bridging), the home will not be covered by the Limited Kordon Product Warranty.

The Limited Kordon Product Warranty is subject to annual Timber Pest Inspections (Any one claim is limited to $250,000.00.).
The Envu Protection Program Warranty covers your home for any form of termite entry and damage. With the Envu Protection Warranty you are covered for up to $1 million in any one claim.

The Envu Protection Warranty purchases and renewals are subject to annual Timber Pest Inspections by an Accredited Timber Pest Inspector.
Claim period Homeowners are protected for six (6) years from date of installation of Kordon or handover from the builder, as long as annual Timber Pest Inspections have been carried out, beginning in the first year of installation or handover.

Without limiting consumers' rights, Envu will provide its own remedies equivalent to those remedies in the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian consumer law at any time within six (6) years from the date of installation or handover.
With the Envu Protection Warranty you’re protected for 12 months from the date of activation or renewal. This warranty is renewable for the life of the structure (as long as terms & conditions are met).
Cost of coverage No cost for warranty.

The homeowner must pay for annual Timber Pest Inspections.
Annual cost of coverage is dependent on the options that are selected at the time of renewal.

Envu Protection Warranty fee is $99 + your timber pest inspection fee (charge nominated by your Envu Accredited Timber Pest Inspector).
Claim procedure If termites are detected in the building the homeowner must be able to identify the entry point.

The entry point and the reason for the breach – i.e. Kordon installed incorrectly, Kordon damaged by builder or Kordon product failure – must be confirmed by a qualified timber pest inspector.
